If I could have any other job, I would be a country music songwriter. Here is a sample of my work. You can decide for yourself if I could hack it in Nashville. It’s not me performing. I know my limitations and have professionals record my songs for me
I’m working my way backwards chronologically reading every Pulitzer prize winning piece of fiction. I’m currently in the 1970s. My favorites so far are Middlesex by Geoffrey Eugenides (2003) and The Overstory by Richard Powers (2019). There have also been some duds, but I won’t tell you which ones.
Hidden Talents
I’ve designed and helped build frisbee golf courses in Wisconsin and Idaho. My disc game is pretty solid.
Quite the Contradiction
I’ve never liked beer, but I was a beer vendor at Colorado Rockies baseball games during college. I’m more of a whiskey/coke or clamdigger kind of guy.
